I'm sry to say this, but i dont rly like back-up applications.
Dunno if he applied to ??Arise?? too, or any other guild, but if yes he would use our guild as an emergency solution, just to have a tag above his head... i dont rly like these things
Moreover, his set is a bit low compared to his lvl imo...
Anw its just my opinion, but i'd give a -1 now :/

i don't see anything wrong with applying to several guilds. it's like applying to a job. you don't apply if you don't want it and you try to several places and see what happens. a bit formal if you ask me but im down with it.
