Please refer to the following checklist to ensure the smoothest transfer experience.
Account Transfer
- Visit the transfer page.
- Select the service your account existed in (ENG/TK, DE, FR, ES, IT).
- Enter your old Games-Masters CABAL account ID to verify the account and proceed to transfer.
- If you have changed your Games-Masters CABAL account password since the service shutdown, the new password will not work. Please use the last valid password at the time of shutdown on March 3rd.
- During this process, you will setup a new ESTgames account. You will create the login ID and password for your ESTgames account during account creation.
- During account creation, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email address for verification purposes. After clicking “Send OTP via mail,” check your email for the code needed in the “Enter OTP” field while creating your account.
- The ESTgames ID and password will be used to access CABAL Online.
Game Client
- If you have the latest CABAL Online client from Games-Masters still installed, please refer to the manual patch installation guide for detailed instructions about patching your existing client.
- If you have a problem with the patch, or if the game is not installed, visit the client download page to download the full updated CABAL Online client.
- The American version of CABAL Online will NOT work with the European service.
Game Login
- Once transfer has completed and the client has been downloaded or updated, launch CABAL Online and login with your new ESTgames account ID and password.
- Your old Games-Masters CABAL account ID and password cannot be used to access CABAL Online.
- To better understand which ESTgames server your characters will be available on, please refer to theCharacter Location Guide.
Problems / Issues
- If you have followed each of the steps listed above and still experience problems accessing CABAL Online, please wait one hour (to ensure the transfer has been fully processed), try once more, and if the issue persists, visit our support page, select "EU" in the "Server" field, and proceed to submit a ticket. Please try to be as detailed as possible, explaining any encountered error messages and providing an attached screenshot displaying the problem. We may not be able to answer every inquiry immediately, but the information you provide will greatly help us eliminate any technical issues that may exist.
Final Step
