"White Page" error when opening the Item Shop

If you open the item shop and see only a blank white page this is how you can resolve the error. (We are currently awaiting a fix for this, so this solution is only temporary)

A recent Windows Update for Windows 7, specifically Platform Update for Windows 7 x64-Edition (KB2670838) that was made available on 27-02-2013 is causing an issue with the item shop.

To resolve the issue you can uninstall this update through the following steps:
Open your control panel, and go to "Programs and Features" (view by small icons to see this)
Click on "View installed updates" in the left side panel
Browse to the Microsoft Windows category
Doubleclick on "Platform Update for Windows 7 x64-Edition (KB2670838)"
Click on "Yes" to uninstall this

We expect this issue to be resolved, so consider this only as a temporary solution.
