As of right now I can tell you that we are currently in a dispute with ESTsoft, and that this does impact CABAL Online Europe. We did not expect the game to be down, because we received zero notification about this, besides the abrupt shutdown this morning by email. Normally this would be done via legal notification, with at least 30 days notice, allowing us to give you at least 30-60 days notice of any shutdown. I cannot make an official statement at the moment - we will however make one in the next 24 hours - but we do not agree with the claims made on that page, and we do not agree with the legality of anything posted there.
Right now the servers are not available. I know you all have questions, especially concerning CC, items, and similar - we will address all in an official statement later.
